These Terms of Use apply to the PhysioTech website and digital services (appointment booking, patient portal, documentation and chat features). By using the website or creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent attributable to you. Report suspicious access to us without delay.

3. Acceptable use / prohibited misuse

The platform may only be used for lawful purposes and as intended. In particular, the following is prohibited:

Unauthorized access, hacking, scanning, brute-force attacks or other security breaches
Distributing malware, spam or harassing content
Misusing features (e.g. false identities, unlawful data queries)
Disrupting operations, overloading servers or bypassing technical protections
Infringing third-party rights or applicable law

4. No emergency care / medical notice

Digital services do not replace in-person medical or therapeutic care and are not for emergencies. In an emergency call emergency services or go to an appropriate facility. AI assistant content is general information only and is not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

5. Content and intellectual property

Texts, logos, graphics, software and other website content are protected by copyright. Use beyond intended use requires our prior consent unless otherwise permitted by law.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence involving essential contractual duties, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

7. Suspension and termination

If these terms are breached or misuse is suspected, we may temporarily or permanently restrict or block access. Statutory claims remain unaffected.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when necessary (e.g. legal changes or new features). German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Cologne where permitted.
